AdultCheck is the common method used to protect sites containing adult related material against minors. In order to use it, you have to subscribe to this company by paying a small membership fee (just a few dollars a year), using your creditcard. Since minors don't own creditcards, your majority is confirmed by your payment and you'll receive an AdultCheck ID (which is an access key) in return. This ID then allows you to enter any site (not just my site!) that uses the AdultCheck age verification system. There are now more than 80.000 adult sites protected this way and since more and more webmasters use this method to prevent legal measures, you might consider applying for an AdultCheck ID yourself.
